All orders are processed and shipped directly from our dedicated warehouse in the United States. This ensures faster transit times and reliable service for our domestic customers.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has officially shipped.
3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

5. FORCE MAJEURE & UNEXPECTED DELAYS
At MOBOSI, we strive to meet all delivery deadlines. However, there are circumstances beyond our control that may result in delays. MOBOSI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. MOBOSI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately or reach out to us at help@mobosi.com. We will assist you in the investigation, but please note that MOBOSI is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
